Concerning the image of a tub in last post. Tenant:I cannot stand the edges of the tub anymore. Please have it repaired. Landlord:I don’t know what you mean by can’t stand any more. Would you want me to do come and clean it for you or should i buy you something to clean with. According to Tenancy i should be checking the house when i get the rent every month but i never do may i ask how does kitchen and living room looks. In a freezing cold day i spent half a day cleaning your leaves because i knew due date was coming i didn’t even get thanks. As for as the back yard i am waiting for some good days and bring someone and pay him recycled bottles and cans including your and what ever money he will ask for. Also as you know our tenancy ended on june 1st 2016. Because our long term handyman passed away it is getting difficult for us to maintain this large piece of property.We have both retired and kids are grown up so we like to travel. So sorry to say we slowly moving towards selling if things go well. You guys are wonderful tenants but we have to think about our feature as well. Thanks

Healthier homes in #Canada for me means the home is warm. Not damp. All windows are done in double. No need to put blankets on doorways and windows to keep even slightly warm. Appliances must be in good working order. No covering up mould with paint!!!!
