Sadly there are so many that live like this at the expense of their family and children just keeping a roof over their heads. My house is damp and moldy if I dont put 1500$ of oil in my heat furnave each year on top of hydro bill. Landlords dont care. They know they are just going to find another tenant. ~PJ
