Jana, I met Joseph Mwabuli in #Kenya at Roysambu. President Uhuru Kenyatta what measures are taken to make sure the people with disabilities are taken care of? Joseph has severe disfigurement on his lower part of the body and has to drag himself along the streets. How do we sleep at night?
