Inooro FM 88.90 Nairobi, thank you and your fans for going to Kwa-Mathore to see me mother Rosemary Nyambura while she was ill. You touched my heart! Inconceivable. Rathimwoi.

Capital FM 98.4 FM did an interview with us when we went back to Kenya in 2011. Ladies Muthoni and Karong'o, we remember you. 

Praise 106.5 FM. I have listened since 1998.  I called in in 1999 tetrathlon.  They broadcast my voice.

 I have known CBC Radio One 90.5 MHz, FM, for a while. I did an interview with them in 1998. I reconnected with them last year where we as housekeepers of Arbutus Inn used to listen on break.

Kameme FM - FM 101.1 was the first radio I connected with on line while away from Kenya. 

Good connection with The Ocean 98.5 FM since when I cannot remember when.  They are the reason we give to BC Children's hospital.  They support the hospital.

C.FAX 1070, they did give me a Citation Rose, Tuesday, June 4, 2002.  Citation Rose #11,687!

When doing house cleaning, late 90s, I would call 100.3 The Q and request songs. It was mainly Country music fun.

We learned listening to radio as children through our paternal grandmother, Muthoni wa Mbiu.  RIP.  You died while I was in detention, 1998.  

My favourite radio broadcaster died when I was young.
