Nelson Mandela Addresses HIV/AIDS in South Africa
Nelson Mandela on HIV/AIDS
If you are told you have AIDS not even HIV by age 24 in 1993 and you had your daughter at age 22, 1990, plain thinking would tell you that your daughter may be infected through hard childbirth or breast feeding ( as baby is drinking tons of milk through a long period of time.) The virus would get to your daughter's body through little cuts and tears caused by most likely teething. Your thinking at the time would most likely tell you not to get her tested as there was no medication where you came from. What is the point of a HIV test? To know one's status...be more careful and get treatment in case of a HIV+ result.
Your daughter would die of a penicillin reaction in 1997 (6 years 10 months old) while you were in North America praying to access HIV medication or die. You would mourn your daughter for more than a decade and wish then was now when:

On a different disability, yesterday, August 4, 2017, I went to my regular pharmacy for whom I am grateful, Cool Aid Community Health Centre (Victoria Cool Aid Society) and they were closed. I have to remember the hours, Fri: 9am-3pm. What to do? It was necessary to pick up my prescription for Bipolar Disorder. In desperation I went to Shoppers Drug Mart, Douglas Street. They had helped me with a similar situation on 27 March, 2016. They saved my mental health. This time, Andrew gave me a chance to phone and see on the message when my regular pharmacy would be open. They are closed until Tuesday. The Pharmacist for the day Linda, authorised an emergency prescription to last me until Monday night. As Erin passed me the medication with $0.00, I thanked the #Creator and Shoppers Drug Mart and Canada. Without mental health medication for 4 days, I would most likely end up in the mental hospital, institutionalized. God forbid.

"Bipolar Disorder
Mood disorders are conditions that cause people to feel intense, prolonged emotions that negatively affect their mental well-being, physical health, relationships and behaviour. In addition to feelings of depression, someone with bipolar disorder also has episodes of mania. Symptoms of mania may include extreme optimism, euphoria and feelings of grandeur; rapid, racing thoughts and hyperactivity; a decreased need for sleep; increased irritability; impulsiveness and possibly reckless behaviour.
Depression and Bipolar Disorder
We all experience changes in our mood. Sometimes we feel energetic, full of ideas, or irritable, and other times we feel sad or down. But these moods usually don’t last long, and we can go about our daily lives. Depression and bipolar disorder are two mental illnesses that change the way people feel and make it hard for them to go about their daily routine." ~
