Kenya, I heard on, As It Happens - The Midnight Edition, CBC Radio One that Mr Christopher Msando, systems development manager, Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Kenya had been tortured and murdered! Elections are August 8, 2017. #God help us. Enkai Supat, help us. Tafadhali.
